'On a sloping lawn, underneath tall trees
Sat a chair with ten thousand thoughts
Thoughts left by many who sat on it.
Thoughts speaking to themselves,
Thoughts speaking to others,
Thoughts speaking to a dumb sky that gives no answers,
Late one evening in the cold biting air,
I saw someone sat on it.

Let us walk hand in hand
along the way of silence,
silently then we can listen
to the Master’s counsel,
silently will it sink into our hearts,
that distilled sense of wisdom.

Shall we walk heart with heart
contemplating with mindfulness every moment
a mindfulness  that brings you to the “ Here and Now”
Leading  us onwards in the Path
that abandons the “ I “ and the “ Mine”

The mind fixed in concentration to the target,
All bodily systems and tissues were held in position,
The hands, the legs, the body and most of all the arms and the eyes,
Many parts of the action known, many other parts unknown,
All forces moving, meeting at a point,
A rocket shooting to the moon,
All in a moment of time.
